1️⃣ "Expansion of Investor IO offering - In great news for investors, we’re increasing the maximum interest only term on eligible investor loans from 10 to 15 years for loans up to 80% LVR - giving investors more breathing room and stronger cash flow support. This enhancement applies to both new and existing customers."

2️⃣ "To support our enhanced offering and give you a stronger edge in market, we’re lifting the maximum LVR on LMI Investor loans (P&I) from 90% to 95% – helping you provide a more compelling option for investor customers right from the start."
There will always be proper scrutiny on loans like these, such as serviceability over a shorter remaining term, and a close eye on DTI caps as implemented by APRA.
