One awesome lender has a common-sense policy for private school fees, and will EXCLUDE them from ongoing expenses if we can meet any of these:

1. The borrowers have sufficient cash in bank account to cover the fees; or

2. The loan will provide cash out of sufficient cash to cover the fees; or

3. There is immediate family, often grandparents, who pay the fees.

This week we used this niche policy once again with success - this meant our beautiful client is able to buy their dream home - they've been saving for 10 years!!
